Luckily, today, women have become more assertive regarding their rights and more so because they do play an important role in our life. It can be seen that many feminists and activists now are fighting for their rights because of the negative treatment of women throughout history. There are many role models to look up to now and it can be seen how their roles are now changing. This is something that we would all need to consider if we will take a look at our rights as women. History has definitely played a role in developing these rights.

If you would notice now, women roles have somehow taken more responsibilities compared to just being a housewife or wife. They are more independent and have careers which are not exactly allowed before but it is happening now. This is definitely important because we would like to be able stress that their roles are important because now, they can afford to be a single parent with a career or married with a career. Women have proven to be great multi-taskers wherein they can concentrate in each at a certain time. They have great organizational skills which help them realize their tasks for the day or month.

They know their roles as wife and know how to balance it with raising children and careers. It really is a very dynamic role because women are known to be nurturing and for them to juggle that with family is really something that should be protected. That is part of the reason why there are many groups fighting for their rights. These are definitely important to have and see as a form of protection for their way of life. They are now also taking care of their bodies and appearance so that they would not neglect their health.

Even support groups that support health among women are active in these because they know the important roles that they play. It is really something that a lot of people will find great and seemingly wonderful. It is also because it has become complex somehow that they know that they should protect the women who take care and even provide for the family. With that, try to be supportive of the values that these groups are trying to protect. Make sure to know where to stand in these and make it matter. That way, every woman is protected.

020 WomenWhen we want to become the best we can be we must first examine who we are. This means that we would need to see who we are then determine who we want to become. It is not an easy process because it will require you to be more reflective in your daily life because you would like to assess where you are. Then, you can also see to it that you know what you are doing by raising your own awareness about these things. This means that you will definitely have a list of goals and characteristics of who you want to become.

Getting to that road will not be easy but it will be worth it especially if you turn out to be the person that you want. That way, you know if you are okay with the person that you are turning to. This is becoming more aware of who you are in order to see to it that you can be that person you can become. Sometimes, we may even end up becoming less aware of who we could be if we do not take the time to examine who we want to be. There are so many questions to ask ourselves.

Remember that asking these questions do take time and it is not always easy. But, it will be something that we would all find to be worth it. It is simply because we know that what we can do is that we have to strive to always be better than who we are right now. It’s not easy because it will require you to always have a constant awareness of where you are. It’s also something that you need to do everyday just like bathing. You need to be responsible for yourself and your personality.

When you know who you want to become and constantly thrive for it, then you can really reach it. Then you know that you will always have something to gain and aim for. You will always have something to try and get as a goal plus constantly improve on. It is not easy but it will always be worth it. So, take note of these things and strive to be the best person you can be. Ask your friends and family to help you because they know who you are too. Good luck and have fun in your journey.

Many people testified that rasing kids can be very rewarding. However, it can also be very difficult. You have to have plenty of patience and love in your heart if you want to do this right. If you are thinking about having a child, it is important to have enough time to spend with this child on a daily basis. After all, you are going to be their sole source when it comes to the outside world. At least this is the case in the beginning. If you are unable to be with them, they are not going to understand what is going on.

The next thing that you need to think about when it comes to rasing kids is whether or not you have enough money. A child can be very expensive especially as they grow older. Hopefully, you can teach them to work to make some money so that they can buy things that they would like to have for themselves. In the meantime, you are going to have to supply them with everything that they need as far as shoes, clothing, food, school supplies, haircuts, and love.

It is never a good idea to neglect your children no matter how busy you are. One malignancy that threatens women health today is breast cancer (Ca). Breast cancer is a malignant tumor that grows in the breast. Here, the normal breast cells changes in appearance and function. These cells then become parasitic in nature. It should be noted that breast cancer does not just affect women but also men.

According to American Cancer Society, there are over 200,000 new cases of breast cancer (invasive type) that is diagnosed per year. There is about one in every eight women in the United States who will develop invasive breast cancer throughout the course of her lifetime. For men, the risk of having a breast cancer is one in every 1000.

Facts about Breast Cancer
Breast Ca is the most common cancer that affects American women. It comes in many forms namely: Ductal carcinoma in situ, Invasive lobular carcinoma, Invasive ductal carcinoma, Mixed tumors, Mucinous carcinomas, Medullary carcinoma, Inflammatory breast cancer and Triple-negative breast cancer. Every type of breast Ca differs in their clinical picture and capability to metastasize to other body parts.

The cause of this type of cancer is not yet fully known but there are risk factors that can predispose one for this type of malignancy. The risk factors are age, family history, early onset of menstruation, dense breast tissue, race (white women have higher chance of having the condition), exposure to chest radiation, overweight, usage of hormonal replacement therapy and usage of oral contraceptives.

Early detection is the key towards better management of breast Ca. Monthly breast exam, mammography, ultrasound and biopsy can be done to detect tumors in their early stage. Cancer in its late stage is very difficult to manage thus it is best to have it detected and treated in its young stage. For mammography, those whose age belongs to the range 40 to 50 years old, this diagnostic approach is recommended to be done every one to two years while for those who are 50 years old and above, mammography is recommended every year.

Most of us know the importance of wearing a seat belt when driving and wearing a helmet when biking but some may not know the importance of wearing sunscreen before bathing or going out into the sun. Protecting yourself from the harmful rays of the sun, may prevent you from getting skin cancer and also protect you from getting cataracts.

Stress is a part of life and is something that needs to be managed because if left untreated, it can lead to heart disease, depression, anxiety and other health concerns. Relaxation techniques such as deep breathing and exhaling, and meditating can help lower the stress in your life.
